I get a lot of messages regarding Ride the Sky Equine Photography gift certificates. Especially as the holidays start to roll around in the latter part of the year. I thought I would answer some commonly asked questions regarding gift cards.
How do I purchase a Gift Card from Ride the Sky Equine Photography?
The first step is to get in touch. We will discuss what type of shoot you are interested in and what amount you would like included on your gift certificate.
The date of the shoot is not planned until I do a consultation with the individual receiving the gift. Naturally, that will not be until AFTER you give them their present. That way we will be able to compare calendars and set a mutually acceptable date.
Once we have agreed upon the amount, you will receive an invoice from Ride the Sky that you can pay online or via check.
Once payment has been received, your gift certificates and detailed information will be packaged up and mailed to you ready for you to gift to your favorite equestrian.
Are Gift Certificates available year-round?
Yes! They are available year-round. However, if you want your item to arrive in time for Christmas, the order cut-off date is December 15th. This will allow time for delivery.
Are Gift Cards only Available for Equestrian Sessions?
No, gift certificates are available for equines and their equestrians, as well as, pets and their people.
How long do I have to use my gift certificate?
Gift certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase.
I received a gift card. Can I transfer it to someone else?
No, gift certificates are not transferrable to a different party.
What can I use my gift card for?
You can use gift cards for sessions or products as you like. As a general rule, I recommend enough to cover the price of the session and a product.
We can discuss what type of session and/or products you think would be of interest to your recipient. I will then be able to give you a suggested amount.
Is there a minimum amount I need to purchase for my gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available in $100 increments. You may purchase as much or as little as you like.
